Report Space
In report management, to finely adapt the production and use process of reports, reports can be selected as "Personal Space" or "Public Space" during creation, as follows:
Personal Space
Personal Space is suitable for configurations during the report creation process (after configuring and debugging in personal space, it can be published to public space). It is aimed at personal user usage and precipitation of report assets.
- Personal Space: Each account comes with a personal space to store personal reports. Only the creator can view them, and others cannot view them (unless shared).
- Personal Report: Refers to a report created by an individual and not displayed externally. It only exists in the personal space. It is suitable for personal space configuration and data verification (during the data manipulation process, temporarily not for public access)
Public Space
Public Space is suitable for the completed state of the report configuration process. It is designed for group users' report usage scenarios.
- Public Space: Space for users to store public reports. Each project has one public space.
- Public Report: Refers to a report that has been accumulated and can be displayed externally. It exists in the public space and can be viewed or managed after authorization. When creating a report, you can choose between personal or public.
Note: Personal reports in personal space can be published to public space, but reports in public space cannot be withdrawn to personal space.
