Role Function Configuration

Overview

To use the report-related functions properly, the user's role needs to have corresponding function permissions for "DataSet" and "Report".

The specific permission points need to be assigned by the administrator (for more information about role creation and management, please refer to: Members and Roles).

Role Permission Initialization

When the administrator has not made any additional modifications, the default permission status of each role is as follows:

Explanation of each permission scope:

DataSet	Use Business Model	Ability to create new business models and save them to the DataSet Ability to manage business models with data permissions, including: View data content Use data to configure reports Edit business model data and configuration items Delete Permission Settings Update Settings
Batch Management of Business Models	Ability to assign permissions to business models with management permission in batches (limited to models with table-level management permission)
Report	Use Report	Ability to create new reports using business models with data permissions Can manage their own generated reports, including: View report configuration Edit, copy, delete Permission settings.
Export reports	Can export reports with data permissions to Excel
