Report Usage

Overview

This page mainly introduces how to use reports in the analysis perspective, including report sharing, data export, how to filter data, and what auxiliary information can improve analysis efficiency.

Report Favorites

You can collect commonly used reports, and the collected reports will be placed in the top "My Favorites" folder.

Refresh

Refresh the data of the report and perform a new query.

Email Delivery

The report provides the function of chart subscription and data delivery. You can choose to receive subscribed reports automatically at specific time intervals (such as weekly or monthly). For detailed configuration, see: Subscription Push v2.5.

Share

Copy the report link and share it with other users.

Users with corresponding permissions can view the contents of the report.

Demo mode

Enter full-screen demo mode for the report, hiding navigation, lists, and other information. Suitable for reporting scenarios.

Press ESC or click in the upper right corner to exit demo mode.


Data Export

The report provides a download and export function, allowing users to export charts, data, etc. from the dashboard as images, PDFs, or data files to save and analyze offline, locally, or on other storage devices.

Report Image Export

Click on the "..." in the upper right corner of the overall report page to select and download the entire report as an image or PDF file.

Chart Data Export

Click the "Excel Download" button in the upper right corner of the visualization component to download the data file.

Data Filtering

Global Filtering

For reports with configured global filters, data filtering can be performed in the graphic area or similar component areas. The associated charts will query and display the filtered data.

Time Filtering

Some chart types (such as metric cards) can be filtered by time in the upper right corner of a single chart. It only affects this chart.

Graph Filtering

For charts of some business models, you can perform in-chart filtering in the upper right corner, which only takes effect on this chart.

  • You can filter by grouping dimensions according to business models.
  • Or filter by dimensions/metrics according to chart configurations.

Auxiliary Information

Chart Details

Click "Details" in the upper right corner of the chart to view the current data aggregation method and data update information in the floating window.

Chart Data Permissions

Click "..." in the upper right corner of the chart to view the data permission settings in the floating window, which is set in the business model.

Chart Remarks

You can add remarks to individual chart components, which are commonly used to describe data content, metric definitions, and other information.

After configuring and saving remarks on the editing page, you can return to the viewing state of the report and click "..." in the upper right corner of the chart to view the details of the remarks.


Filter Information

Click "Filter Information" in the upper left corner of the chart to view all filtering information applied to the chart, including global filters and in-chart filters.
