This chapter mainly introduces the visual components of the concept. The visualization component is a part of the report module, and users can intuitively and clearly show the process and results of data analysis through the visual component, without the need for code base to make beautiful charts, display data and analysis. We offer two visual component configuration modes, drag-and-drop mode and Agile mode. See the appendix of this section for a list of business models that match the two different configuration modes
Number | Pattern noun | Pattern interpretation |
---|---|---|
1 | Drag-and-drop mode | The configuration of aggregate calculation for dimension indicators is complex and flexible |
2 | Agile mode | Graphics rendering can be completed without user field configuration, simple integration |
Drag-and-drop mode configuration
The drag-and-drop mode is a common OLAP self-service analysis operation and provides a flexible framework for calculating dimension indicators. It can aggregate and filter any fields in the business model according to actual service requirements, and drag and drop fields of different data types to the Dimension and Indicator areas for data calculation. Supported business models include behavior analysis model, user-defined query model, customized query model, and metric analysis model.
Example of drag and drop mode
The specific use is shown in the following figure:
Number | Name | Explanation |
---|---|---|
1 | Business Model Information | View business model name, details, or switch to other business models |
2 | Field Parsing Area | The Field Parsing Area displays all the fields in the business model. Drag the fields into the data configuration area to perform data aggregation |
3 | Chart Type | Switch to other visualization charts; the currently highlighted chart type is displayed |
4 | Data Configuration Area | Configure the dimensions and metrics from the Field Parsing Area. Dimensions can be custom sorted, adjust display styles and date aggregation for time dimensions. Metrics can also be sorted, adjust display styles, and perform composite operations such as proportions |
5 | Time Filter | Switch time filtering conditions |
6 | Style Configuration Area | Configure the title, style, and other information of the chart in this area |
Agile Mode Configuration
Agile mode provides a relatively fixed data configuration method. On the basis of the configured analysis model, it allows for simple configuration of grouping and time filtering logic, and only supports the business model of user behavior analysis.
Agile mode example
Agile mode detailed operations are as follows:
Number | Name | Explanation |
---|---|---|
1 | Business Model Information | View business model name, details, or switch to other business models. |
2 | Chart Type | In agile mode, the available chart types vary depending on the selected analysis model. |
3 | Data Extraction (withdrawal)Rules | The data extraction rules display the analysis conditions when the business model is stored. Click "All" to view all of them. |
4 | Data Configuration Area | Grouping and Summarization: When grouping and summarization is selected, you can choose to calculate the business model using either the "Sum" or "Total" method. "Sum" represents secondary calculation of the results of the business model, which is faster in query speed. "Total" represents querying and calculation of underlying data, which is slower in query speed when there is a large amount of data. Time Filtering: Select the time range for the query. Metric Display: Filter and control the displayed metrics in the current table Group Value Display: Selectively display the group values in the visualization component of the analysis model, where "Specified Group Value" represents the values that can be selected under the current group data permissions, and "Show All" represents that the current group selection is not limited by permission control |
5 | Time Filter | Switchable time filtering conditions |
6 | Style Configuration Area | Configure the title, style, and other information of the chart in this area |
