Diagnostic tools are designed to be fast. Accurately locate system problems. Through this function, the data generated during the occurrence of problems can be efficiently collected, thus facilitating the analysis and diagnosis of abnormal problems by relevant personnel.
Function entry
Located in the upper right corner of the page, click the login account name, and then select "Diagnostic Tools" - "Enable front-end diagnosis (without query results)" from the drop-down function options.
Diagnostic process
Step 1:
Click "Enable front-end diagnosis (without query results)" : If this is the first click, a compliance related prompt will appear;
Step 2:
Click "Confirm" in the compliance description to enter the diagnosis process, and a 5-minute countdown prompt appears at the top of the page.
Step 3:
- Click "Complete and download diagnostic file" in the prompt bar: Select whether the problem is repeated.
- Click "Cancel diagnosis" in the prompt bar: The second popup confirmation can cancel the diagnosis and continue the diagnosis.
Step 4:
Select "Reproduced" or "not reproduced" in the pop-up window of the problem, and continue to click "Submit" to download the relevant diagnostic file
Diagnostic timeout
When the diagnostic process exceeds 5 minutes, a system timeout prompt window will appear;
- If the diagnostic is not completed yet, you can click "Retry Diagnostic" to start a new diagnostic process;
- If the diagnostic is completed, you need to select whether the problem is reproduced, and then click "Confirm and Download Diagnostic Report" to download the relevant files;
