Overview
User association, also known as ID-Mapping, connects ids generated on different platforms and devices of the same user to realize the series of global user behavior data.
If the project uses Global User Association plan, in the user association module, you can view the user ID and adjust the user ID. With regard to Global User Association detail information, see Official document.
Function entry:Data Management > Tracking Plan > Users > Identities.
View User ID
On the user Association page, you can view the currently declared user ids and their related information through the user ID list. For the content and definition of the list, see the table below. Quickly find the specified user identification information by searching or filtering. In addition, you can view the modification of the user ID in the change history.

Status | Enable/Disable Indicates the disabled identifier. Users will not be associated with users when data is reported later |
Last modified time | The time when the user ID was last created or modified |
Creator | Create an account for the user ID |
Edit user ID
If you need to identify an existing user Priority、displays name, association constraint, parent node, status etc. information to modify, clickConfiguring User Association top-right Edit button to open Edit User Association Configuration page.
- Select Data Fusion > Metadata Management > User Table > Configure User Correlation.
- Click on the top right corner Edit button, open User Association Configuration edit page.
- Click in the list Operation column Edit button.
- Can modify Priority、the display name, association constraint, parent node, and status.
- Click Save button.
Add user ID
- Select Data Fusion > Metadata Management > User Table > Configure User Correlation.
- Click on the top right corner Edit button, open User Association Configuration edit page.
- Click on the top right corner Add user identity button, open Add User Identity page.
- Input user ID, user display name, priority, correlation constraint, parent node, status and other information.
- Click the Save button.
Delete user ID
- Select Data Fusion > Metadata Management > User Table > Configure User Correlation in sequence.
- Click the Edit button in the upper right corner to open the User Correlation Configuration edit page.
- Click the Delete button in the Operation column in the list.
- Click the OK button.
- Deleting a custom user ID is a high-risk operation. After deletion , if the user ID continues to report data, the data will not be received.
- User IDs with existing data and preset user IDs are not supported for deletion.
