Overview
Bookmarks are a tool to help you manage frequently used queries. You can add bookmarks to any overview and query bookmark data within the overview, or you can view bookmarks directly in the bookmarks module.
The bookmark module supports creating, viewing, editing, and deleting all bookmarks: users with "Manage My Overview" permission can create and manage "Bookmarks I Created", while users with "Manage Public Overview" permission can create and manage "Public Bookmarks".
Note: Bookmarks in the basic overview of the public overview cannot be viewed or edited in the bookmarks module at this time.
Create bookmark
A. To create a new bookmark, click "New Bookmark" in the upper right corner, and then select the analysis model you want to use.
B. After entering the analysis model and configuring the query conditions, click "Save", select "Save as Bookmark" to create a new bookmark.
Alternatively, you can click on the corresponding bookmark in the bookmark list to enter the analysis model, click "Save", select "Save as new bookmark" to create a new bookmark, and support saving the bookmark to "Report" or "Overview" at the same time.
View bookmarks
When you want to view the specific search criteria or data for a bookmark, click on the corresponding bookmark in the bookmark list. This will take you to the analysis model where you can view the filter criteria and the specific data results.
Edit bookmarks
A. To modify the bookmark name and search criteria, click the corresponding bookmark in the bookmark list to enter the analysis model, and then click the edit button in the name field to modify the name.
B. After changing the search criteria, click "Save" and select "Update Current Bookmarks" to update the current bookmarks.
Delete bookmark
To delete a bookmark, simply click "Delete". Bookmarks cannot be recovered once deleted, so please proceed with caution.
