Usage process

When using it, we recommend the following usage practices:

1. Preparation stage:

  • With our technical support, we completed the process of identifying data analysis needs;
  • Based on the requirements, complete the initial classification of behavioral events and design key user profiles;
  • Complete the system installation for Sensors Analytics.

2. Trial Phase:

  • Export a batch of historical data from an existing database or historical logs, according to the data format we specify;
  • Use a batch import tool to import historical data into the system;
  • Based on the imported data, use the product to complete some data analysis tasks;
  • Modify the event model or add corresponding attributes based on requirements and usage;
  • After iterations, once the requirements are met, the final event model is confirmed.

3. Online usage phase:

  • Clear trial environment data;
  • Logs can be fed in in real time via LogAgent, or data can be fed in in real time using the various clients or backend SDKs we provide;
  • Based on specific business needs, various abstract data analysis models are used to generate the core metrics of interest. These core metrics can be saved as bookmarks and added to the data overview for display.
  • When there are business scenarios that require specific analysis, such as a sudden drop in conversion rate and the desire to analyze which channel is causing the problem, or the desire to analyze the specific circumstances of users who were lost during conversion, then the corresponding specific functions can be used.
