What is a group notification for businesses?
WeChat Work, DingTalk, and Lark offer a "group robot" feature in their internal group chats. By setting up a "group robot" in an enterprise group, you will obtain a Webhook address. Configuring this Webhook address in the "Enterprise Internal Reach Channel Configuration" - "Webhook Management" provided by Sensors Analytics will allow you to push alert messages from intelligent early warning analysis to WeChat Work, DingTalk, and Lark.

How to obtain the Webhook address
WeChat for Business
In a WeChat group chat, right-click on the internal group in the chat window and select -> Add Group Chat Bot. Set an avatar and name for the bot, click "Add," and you will get a Webhook address. Close the window to complete adding the WeChat bot to the internal WeChat group.

- If you enable the new Sensors Data navigation, Sensors Data webhook management is located at: Project Settings - Basic Settings - Enterprise Internal Access Channel Configuration.
- If the new Sensors Data navigation is not enabled, Sensors Data webhook management is located at: System Management - Webhook Management.

Click "Create New Webhook" and add the Webhook corresponding to the enterprise group to the Webhook configuration information request address of Sensors Data. This will establish a channel between Sensors Data and the enterprise group.
The configuration information includes:
- webhook name
- Notification methods: WeChat Work, DingTalk, Lark
- Request address
- Keywords
- Remark
Warning notification sent to enterprise groups
When creating a new alert, check the "Enterprise Group Notification" option, select the name of an existing Webhook from the drop-down menu, and choose the Webhook you want to send the alert to. Once the metric triggers an alert, a notification will be sent to that group.

To use enterprise group notifications, you need to confirm:
- Enable Webhook license; version 2.2 and above are supported.
- Permission settings: Permissions are divided into Webhook management permissions and Webhook usage permissions.
