Overview
The Public Overview is primarily used to manage important enterprise-level overviews that require shared attention, creating a shared data space for the enterprise. It is maintained by members with "Manage Public Overview" permissions. (The "Pre-built Overview" in versions 1.13-1.15 has been renamed "Basic Data Overview" and can only be viewed within the "Public Overview".)
In the public overview, you can perform basic operations such as creating, copying, and sorting. For smooth operation, all functions and operations are the same as in "My Overview". Please refer to the detailed description in "My Overview" for instructions.
How to use the public overview
The basic operations in "Public Overview" are the same as those in "My Overview". For details, please refer to the previous section "How to Use the Overview". Next, we will mainly introduce the functions in "Public Overview" that are different from "My Overview".

After clicking to switch to "Public Overview", the operations at the bottom will only be related to the Public Overview. Only members with "Manage Public Overview" permissions can see this management function.
Create a public overview
When you need to monitor new data, you can click the "+" button in the "Basic Operation Settings Entry of Public Overview" on the left navigation to create a brand new overview. If you need to group data, you can also create new groups here.
Adjust the order of overviews and overview groups, and manage overview groups.
You can sort the current overview by clicking the "Sort Button" in the middle of the "Basic Operation Settings Entry of Public Overview" in the left navigation.
- To give you a convenient overview of the layout, you can select multiple items for the overview and then move them in batches.
- In this pop-up window, you can directly sort and drag the "Overview" or "Group" buttons by holding down the mouse.
- In addition, hovering the mouse over a specific "Overview" or "Group" allows for quick operations such as renaming the overview or group.
Management Public Overview
Clicking the rightmost button in the "Basic Operation Settings Entry of Public Overview" on the left navigation will take you to the "Public Overview Management" page. This list provides a comprehensive overview of the public overview's sharing settings and creation information.
- It supports searching by name and keywords.
- Supports "Sharing Settings," which allows you to configure the visibility of the current overview: "Visible only to members with public overview management permissions," "All members," or "Specified members." In "Specified members," you can set specific members, roles, or job titles for dynamic configuration. Note: If the current project does not have "Job Information," it will not be displayed here. You can add the required information in "Members & Roles" - "Member Management" - "Job Management." Members with this job title can then view their corresponding overview according to this configuration.
- The editing function allows you to modify the overview's name and group settings.
- Please use the deletion operation with caution. After deletion, members who could previously view this overview will no longer be able to view it; bookmarks without an owner can be restored in "Public Overview" - "Add from Bookmarks".
- Stop sharing. After this action, only members with "admin public overview permissions" will be able to view it.
On the "Manage Public Overview" page, you can select multiple overviews for "batch settings".
- If you need to add new accessible members to the currently selected overview in batches, you can use the "Add Accessible Members" option.
- If you need to reconfigure the scope of accessible members for the currently selected overview in batches, you can use "Reset Sharing Settings".
- Batch deletion is performed with caution.
Note: If a member does not have access to any overview in a group, then that group will not be displayed when that member views the public overview.
For example, if there are 3 overviews in the Operations Data Overview group, and Xiaoming is not included in the sharing settings of each overview, then when Xiaoming views the public overview module, he will not be able to see the "Operations Data Overview group".
