1. During the Service period, Party B shall provide BUG repair of software functions and release the repaired version (excluding the customized part), and notify Party A to upgrade the software (SaaS version provides upgrade service, while privatized version does not include software upgrade service). Party B only provides software version updates within the life cycle of the software, please see the official website of Sensors for details:https://www.sensorsdata.cn/terms/lifecycle.html 。
2. If Party A finds a suspected software function BUG, it may send the information to the email address designated by Party B. Party B shall repair the software after confirming that the software function BUG is found, and notify Party A after repairing the released version. Party B shall provide the contact number so that Party A can know the progress of BUG function repair.
